Stanley began his career at Gammon in 2007 and was appointed as President in 2019. In this role, he leads with a focus on innovation and team empowerment—championing collaboration, philanthropy, and professional growth.

Stanley holds a Bachelor’s Degree from UBC in Recreation and Sport Management and pursued further studies in Urban Land Economics at UBC’s Sauder School of Business.

Since 2008, he mentored with Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver and previously served as Vice President of a foundation focused on micro-finance. He currently holds a board position with the Arbutus Club, serves as Chairperson of the St. Paul’s Foundation Ambassadors Committee, and acts as an Observer on the St. Paul’s Board of Directors.

Justin joined Gammon in 2009 and was appointed Executive Vice President in 2023. In this role, he focuses on strategic growth and innovation, strengthening collaboration across the firm and helping to advance Gammon’s long-term vision and client partnerships.

He is actively engaged in the community, serving on the Board of the South Granville Business Improvement Association, previously on the Board of the Cambie Village BIA, and as a Committee Member of the Arbutus Club.

Karen brings over 40 years of property management experience, including more than 30 with Gammon. As a key member of the executive team, she oversees all licensed professionals, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and operational excellence. Her leadership has been instrumental in Gammon’s growth and reputation for service excellence.

Prior to joining Gammon, she held property management roles with a boutique firm, building a strong foundation in client service and compliance. Karen also served 20 years on the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board’s Professional Conduct Committee, including as Chair of the Appeal Committee.

As General Manager and Managing Broker at Gammon, Xantha oversees the firm’s licensed professionals and operational performance with a focus on innovation, mentorship, and service. Licensed since 2011 across strata, rental, and trading services, and as a managing broker since 2021, she brings over a decade of senior leadership experience in B.C.’s real estate industry.

Previously Regional Director of Training and Development with a large company, she developed industry-recognized education programs and leadership frameworks. A founding board member of MOXIE | A Women’s Network by HUB Insurance and a PAMA Manager of the Year nominee, Xantha champions growth and leadership in property management.

Heidi joined Gammon in 2021 and serves as Controller and a member of the leadership team. With nearly 25 years of experience in accounting and financial operations, she leads the property accounting division, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance with the BCFSA and CRA. Her career spans senior roles where she earned a reputation for precision, strategic insight, and operational efficiency.

Heidi holds a diploma in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Outside of work, she volunteers with her local church and is a proud mother of two children.

Howard joined Gammon in 2017, playing a vital role in advancing the company’s commercial investment sales and leasing across Metro Vancouver. He has significantly shaped the Sales and Leasing Department, contributing both operationally and strategically. Known for completing complex land transactions, Howard’s analytical and legal-minded approach provides clients with a competitive edge.

Since 2019, he has served on the Property Assessment Appeal Board, adjudicating appeals on property valuation and tax exemptions. Before Gammon, Howard spent nearly a decade in regulatory affairs at Fortis BC.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Victoria and an MBA from Simon Fraser University.

Irena brings over 21 years of commercial property management experience to her role as Senior Property Manager at Gammon. Since 2020, she has overseen key downtown assets, including flagship office towers. Her expertise in capital projects, tenant relations, and financial management has been integral to Gammon’s continued success.

Before joining Gammon, Irena held senior roles with internationally recognized real estate firms. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Education from the University of Tirana in Albania. Outside of work, Irena enjoys time with her grandchildren and frequently visits her home country of Albania.

Since joining Gammon in 2018, Elena has managed a diverse portfolio of mixed-use properties across Metro Vancouver, including retail, office, and residential assets. With over a decade of experience in property management, she is known for her proactive approach to tenant relations, preventative maintenance, and customized property solutions.

Prior to Gammon, Elena worked with several local firms, specializing in residential property services. She holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Chisinau Polytechnic Institute in Moldova.

Outside of work, Elena actively volunteers with Union Gospel Mission and the Greater Vancouver Food Bank and enjoys reading fiction in her spare time.

Emily joined Gammon in 2022 as Senior Property Manager Assistant, bringing extensive experience managing institutional office, retail, and industrial properties. She excels in project coordination, operational support, and tenant services, overseeing some of Gammon’s most prominent assets, including Class A office buildings in downtown Vancouver.

Prior to Gammon, Emily spent over a decade with national asset management firms, building a strong industry foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business.

Outside work, Emily is active in her local church and volunteers regularly with Union Gospel Mission and the Vancouver Food Bank.

June oversees Gammon’s residential property portfolio, which includes purpose-built rental properties across Vancouver. She also supports our commercial property managers, contributing to a wide range of operational needs. Her focus on residential assets has given her strong expertise in the Residential Tenancy Act and its practical application in tenant relations.

Prior to joining Gammon, June was a team lead at a progressive insurance firm specializing in customized employee benefit plans. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with honours from York University in Toronto.

Jon brings decades of expertise in commercial and residential renovations, repairs, and maintenance. Since joining Gammon in 2016 to lead the superintendent department, he has played a key role in enhancing the company’s reputation and competitive edge. Under his leadership, the superintendent team has consistently raised operational standards, driving Gammon’s success.

Before Gammon, Jon was Residence Dining Supervisor at UBC’s Vanier Residence and Site Superintendent at a leading private property management firm.

With over four decades of professional experience, including a distinguished 40-year career in the financial sector, Erroll brings a disciplined, analytical approach to operations. Since 1984, Erroll worked as a trader and investment advisor specializing in underwriting startup IPO financings. His hands-on expertise and problem-solving mindset make him a valued member of Gammon’s property management and operations team.

Lin joined Gammon in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant and quickly advanced to Office Administrator. She leads the development and management of the company’s administrative systems, focusing on enhancing operations through cloud platforms and digital tools. Lin is known for her commitment to operational efficiency and successfully integrating advanced technologies, including AI, into daily workflows.

She holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Business from the University of Victoria. Before Gammon, Lin gained valuable experience in administrative and project management roles.

Since beginning her property accounting career in 2004, she has held key roles at two respected property management firms. Her dedication to the industry has earned her the respect of colleagues and peers.

Since joining Gammon in 2020, Yuki has been a top performer in the property accounting team and is regarded as a senior leader within the department. She manages some of the firm’s most high-profile and complex assets, including downtown office towers and small-bay industrial properties.

With over 15 years of accounting experience, Yuki developed her commercial property expertise during a decade-long tenure at a local firm, building a strong foundation in financial reporting and portfolio oversight.

Raman joined Gammon in 2024 as a General Accountant, supporting both the Controller and the property accounting team. In a short time, she has earned recognition for her accuracy, reliability, and strong work ethic. She contributes to a variety of complex corporate accounting functions and assists in the day-to-day operations of the department.

Prior to Gammon, Raman held diverse accounting roles at a restoration firm, gaining experience in WorkSafeBC compliance, payroll, auditing, financial planning, and CRA reporting. She holds a Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation.

Jenny joined Gammon in 2024 as an Accounting Associate, specializing in accounts payable. She manages all outgoing payments to vendors, trades, and contractors across Gammon’s managed properties. Originally from Vietnam, she completed her post-secondary education at Douglas College in New Westminster, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Accounting. Her strong foundation in financial processes continues to support her success in this key role.

Collaborating closely with property managers, he provides operational and administrative support to ensure excellent service and a positive living experience for residents.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Simon Fraser University (2017) and previously taught English and mathematics to children with special needs, honing strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Before joining Gammon, Kiki worked as a personal banker at a national financial institution, where she honed her client relationship management and investment advisory skills. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business and earned her Investment Funds in Canada certification from the Canadian Securities Institute in 2024.

As Chief Building Operator, Cris leads the on-site operations team at two Class A office towers under Gammons management in downtown Vancouver. He oversees daily operations and building maintenance systems, coordinating closely with building operators, tenant services, and management teams. Known for his strong leadership and technical expertise, Cris ensures a safe and efficient environment for tenants and staff. Dedicated to sustainable practices, he plays a key role in implementing energy-saving initiatives and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Since 2006, Cris has held various building operator roles with national and international firms.

As Building Engineer, Iqbal plays an integral role in the operations team at several office towers under Gammon’s management in Vancouver. He oversees mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems, performing regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and system optimizations to ensure efficient, reliable building performance. Known for his technical skill and steady professionalism, Iqbal supports both tenant comfort and operational excellence across all building systems.

Iqbal holds a 5th Class Power Engineer certification and continues to advance his technical training as a Millwright Apprentice. Before joining Gammon, he gained valuable experience with a facilities management firm, where he operated and maintained complex HVAC, boiler, and automation systems.

Outside work, Iqbal enjoys time with family and staying active outdoors.
